Above-mentioned legitimate interests are: conducting business activities, in particular offering products and services as well as pursuing claims for payment. We will process Your personal data after expiry or termination of the contract for other purposes related to our business activities such as analysis, statistics and marketing purposes. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to the Article 6 paragraph 1 (a) GDPR in the case of obtaining consent for the processing of data such as personal image, name and surname for marketing purposes. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to the Article 6 paragraph 1 (c) GDPR if it is necessary under generally applicable law, in particular tax law.

    • accounting and performing duties arising out of Accounting Act,

    • CEP services as well as logistics,

If you fail to provide required personal data, we will not be able to enter into a contract. Processing of personal data for marketing purposes, in particular for placing the name, surname and Your personal image on the website or Facebook profile of Łowisko, is entirely dependent on Your consent, which is fully voluntary. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. A withdrawal of consent must be sent via e-mail at e-mail address indicated above in paragraph 1.
