I. Information on processing personal data

Your personal data will be processed under the Article 6 paragraph 1 (b) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) in relation with the performance of a contract as well as under the Article 6 paragraph 1 (f) GDPR, which means that processing of the data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller. Above-mentioned legitimate interests are: conducting business activities, in particular offering products and services as well as pursuing claims for payment. We will process Your personal data after expiry or termination of the contract for other purposes related to our business activities such as analysis, statistics and marketing purposes. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to the Article 6 paragraph 1 (a) GDPR in the case of obtaining consent for the processing of data such as personal image, name and surname for marketing purposes. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to the Article 6 paragraph 1 (c) GDPR if it is necessary under generally applicable law, in particular tax law.
  3. For above-mentioned purposes we will process Your personal data such as: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address of residence, personal image, bank account.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for a period necessary to complete the purposes mentioned in point 2 above. Your personal data will be processed for a longer period if we are legally obliged to do so, in particular according to the tax law, labor law as well as social insurance law.
  5. Your personal data shall be forwarded to the categories of recipients providing services in following areas:
    • payment services,
    • accounting and performing duties arising out of Accounting Act,
    • software services,
    • CEP services as well as logistics,
    • marketing campaigns, including marketing services provided to Łowisko in the field of sound and image recording.
  6. Your personal data will not be forwarder neither beyond EEA nor to international organizations.
  7. Your personal data will not be subjected to automated decision-making including profiling referred to in Article 22 GDPR.

Provision of Your personal data is voluntary, but simultaneously provision of Your personal data such as name, surname, address of residence, phone number, e-mail address is requirement necessary to enter into a contract and to perform of a contract properly. If you fail to provide required personal data, we will not be able to enter into a contract. Processing of personal data for marketing purposes, in particular for placing the name, surname and Your personal image on the website or Facebook profile of Łowisko, is entirely dependent on Your consent, which is fully voluntary. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. A withdrawal of consent must be sent via e-mail at e-mail address indicated above in paragraph 1.
  9. Your personal data will be processed in paper or electronic form (Controller’s data base).
  10. We ensure that organizational principles as well as technical means we apply, fully comply with regulations of GDPR, in particular Article 32 GDPR.

    • request from the Controller access to and rectification of Your personal data (according to Article 15 and 16 GDPR),
    • erasure or restriction of processing of personal data (according to Article 17 and 18 GDPR),
    • object to processing of Your personal data (according to Article 21 GDPR),
    • data portability (according to Article 20 GDPR),
    • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
